Wesco Electrical Ltd have a great opportunity for an experienced individual with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to join our Naas branch in the role of Sales / Branch Manager. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with our customers, developing and growing the business.
Main role responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Increase and grow overall sales.
- Deliver excellent and knowledgeable support and advice to all customers.
- Daily running of the branch ensuring all paperwork and admin is delivered to head office in an efficient manner.
- Sales order invoicing.
- Inventory control through purchasing and central distribution fulfilment.
- Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service.
- Ensure the company’s standards are delivered.
- Liaise with suppliers where required for product knowledge updating and training.
Candidate profile:
- Electrical Wholesaling experience at management or assistant management level.
- Ability to effectively manage staff members.
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- Customer focused.
- A proven track record in delivering excellent service.
- Dealing with suppliers and ordering stock.
- Continually update and develop personal knowledge.
- Operation of tills and cash management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Flexible to work Monday to Saturday lunchtime and overtime as required.
